In 2025, we launched a rebranding initiative—revamping our brand concept and design to communicate new value.

To better convey the unique strengths and appeal that were previously underrepresented, we are strengthening our messaging across our website and media channels, and executing a strategic marketing approach.

From here on, JP RESERVE will embrace challenges that are unusual, rare, and incredibly difficult, as a brand that creates truly one-of-a-kind experiences only we can offer.

Through producing experiential content rooted in cultural properties and unique buildings, we will offer new forms of value in travel—creating spaces that bring happiness to both property owners and visitors.
This is the new direction JP RESERVE aims to pursue.

While continuing our current business operations, we aim to explore new possibilities within the supply chain and gradually expand into new areas.

  • Expand the product lineup of our in-house linen factory to enhance self-sufficiency and reduce costs, while also targeting new partners such as cleaning companies, senior homes, and salons.
  • Offer bed-making services to hospitals and nursing care facilities.
  • Increase the number of facilities across multiple prefectures to expand our group’s portfolio.
  • Launch a waste collection business specialized for accommodations to improve operational efficiency and address local challenges in Kyoto.
  • Establish company nurseries and daycare centers, along with international education programs, to support both employee well-being and community development.
  • Open our own buildings as regional hubs where employees feel pride and attachment—carrying out business that is truly rooted in the community.
