Message from the CEO jpreserve
Awarded as a Kyoto-Style Accommodation in Fiscal Year 2018 jpreserve

In recent years, the impact of overtourism has become increasingly serious, and accommodation providers are now expected to take greater responsibility.
At our company, we have made it our mission to ensure that accommodation facilities coexist with local communities and protect the lives of local residents.

Before we extend hospitality to our guests, we believe it is essential that they understand the sentiments of the people living in Kyoto, as well as the town’s rules and culture.
With this in mind, we place great importance on daily manners, such as proper waste disposal and noise control, and strive to operate accommodations in harmony with the community.

We sincerely thank the local residents who support our approach, and the guests who choose to stay with us.

We will continue to challenge the outdated image of the accommodation industry—one that often neglects residential environments—and pursue a Kyoto-style lodging model where tourism and daily life are in balance.
