Service Area

Shimogyo-ku, Higashiyama-ku, and Minami-ku only (within a 3.5 km radius from Kyoto Station)
Congested areas such as near Kiyomizu-dera Temple are subject to separate consultation.

Collection & Delivery Frequency

Fixed days, 2–3 times per week, with collection between 10:00 and 16:00.
Towels may be placed outside; no specific location requirement.
Collection bags and related materials will be provided at JPRESERVE’s expense.
Specific day and time requests can be discussed separately upon consultation.

Security Deposit

¥300,000 (approximately equivalent to two months’ transaction volume)

Contract Term

1–2 years
Mid-term cancellation requires two months’ prior notice (no cancellation penalty).

Individually Bagged Towel Delivery

Customer complaints regarding towels are almost entirely eliminated.
Since refolding and quality checks by employees are no longer necessary, it is possible to reduce towel-folding (quality inspection) tasks performed by front desk staff and cleaning personnel.

In addition, decisions regarding the reuse of unused towels left in guest rooms become clearer. As the towels can be reused without concern for quality deterioration, effective utilization is possible, and a reduction in overall usage (approximately one-third compared to our standard service) can be expected.

Towels will be delivered in container boxes.
They can be stacked for storage and require minimal space.
